The Times-Picayune | New Orleans Advocate. The list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by research partner
Energage, LLC, a leading provider of technology-based employee engagement tools. The anonymous survey measures several aspects of workplace culture, including alignment, execution, and connection, just to name a few.
This is the fourth consecutive year that Christopher Homes has received this award and it can be attributed to a great staff dedicated to our mission of providing our residents the right to respect, dignity and a sense of well-being. Christopher Homes focuses on a bottom-line results that are different from financial figures – the organization’s primary bottom-line result is a better life for our elders. “We find that the mission and ministry of Christopher Homes gives each of us a means of providing for ourselves and our families while allowing us the satisfaction of knowing that we are making a difference in the lives of our senior residents,” said Deacon Dennis F.
